WINTER RATESWinter rates are valid November 1 – April 30 except over Christmas and the Family Day weekend in February when regular rates apply
* To maintain the atmosphere of Foxwood, overcrowding is not allowed. Additional persons beyond the maximum persons indicated above may be accommodated in some units only. In all cases, this is subject to approval by Foxwood at the time of booking. Charges for additional persons occupying a unit are as follows:
Rates are quoted in $Cdn and are subject to applicable taxes including the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13%. Rates may change without notice. With prior approval, an early arrival or late departure is available. In either case a charge equivalent to 25% of the regular daily cottage rate will apply. Foxwood guests are welcome to invite day visitors when advance notice is given; a charge of $25/day per person allows full use of Foxwood facilities. Our accommodation charges also include use of our canoes, kayaks and paddleboats. During the summer months our Children's program and Resort Activities are included as well. 
Our PoliciesDeposits... to make a reservation a deposit of 30%, or a minimum of the first night stay, is required. A $100 administration fee applies to all refunds and refunds are issued only when cancellation notice is received at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date, or prior to April 1 for summer reservations. The administration fee applies per cottage, per week booked. Payment due at check-in... the full balance is due and payable upon Check In. In the event of a "no-show" or when a booking is cancelled 7 days or less in advance of the booking date and the cottage cannot be rebooked, the guest becomes responsible for the full balance owing. There are no reductions in charges for late arrivals or early departures. Arrival and Departure times... Foxwood is a family run resort and we ask all guests to observe our arrival and departure times. Arrival on Check-In day is between 4 and 6 pm., Departure time on the Check-Out day is 10:00am (12noon during the non-summer months) unless other arrangements have been made. With prior approval, early arrival and late departure can be arranged and additional charges apply. See our Rates page for more information "We don't want to go home!! Linens... guests are offered the choice of providing their own linens or having them supplied by Foxwood for a small charge of $11.00 per person for the duration of their stay. Linens include bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and face cloths. Beach towels are not supplied. Pillows, blankets, mattress covers and bedspreads are routinely supplied in all cottages. Laundry facilities are located in Huntsville. Linens are included at no extra charge when renting Chinook or Snowshoe, our new eco cottages. BBQ... propane BBQ's are available for rent for $14/day or $45/week. Fuel and utensils are included. Those who wish to bring their own please ensure they are gas fired as charcoal BBQ's are not permitted Pets and Jet Skis are not allowed... for the general comfort of our guests, pets may not be brought with you to Foxwood. We can suggest several nearby pet boarding options in the area. Quieter, more traditional watercraft fit in best at Foxwood. Damage deposits... Foxwood reserves the right to require a damage deposit or to reject a reservation or terminate a stay, at its discretion, if a guest or group is disturbing others or causing damage to Foxwood property. Our Privacy PolicyYour privacy is important to us. This policy tells you what information we gather, how we use it, to whom we may disclose it, how you can opt out of the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information and how to get access to the information we may have about you. We collect information about guests such as name, address, automobile license number, year and make, credit card number and special needs, interests and preferences. We may collect the information from you directly, from a member of your family or a business associate making reservations for you. We may obtain it by telephone, in person, by mail, by fax, or by email. We may keep the information in written form or electronically. By providing this information to us, you enable us to serve you better. We use the information collected to make your stay with us, more enjoyable, to assist in arranging payment of your accounts, and to provide further information to you about our facilities and our programs. We will retain your personal information only for as long as required by law or as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Your personal information will not be used for other purposes without your consent. We will not disclose any personal information about you to anybody else, unless required to do so by law, except when we provide the information to firms we retain to assist us in forwarding additional information to you or in collecting funds owing by you. If our business is sold, we may provide this information to the purchaser of our business. We will comply with all laws which require us to supply the information to government agencies and others. We will not otherwise sell, transfer or trade any mailing list which includes your information. We will keep written information in a secure place. If the information is stored electronically, it will be password protected and available only to those members of our staff who require it. If you wish to review the personal information we keep about you please contact our Privacy Officer at the address set out below. At your request, subject to applicable law, we will delete your personal information from our records. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to us using it for the purpose set out above and disclosing it to the parties described above.
