| Foxwood has a shallow, sandy beach that is perfect for children and adults alike. The children's swimming area is roped off and is approximately 3 ft. deep, even 50 ft. from shore. Our beach area is not supervised and parents are responsible for the safety of their children. |

Many older children and adults like to swim
from our main dock which extends 70 ft. out into a deeper part of the lake
or to the swim raft where the water is approximately 6 feet in depth. For
the more adventurous, join in the swim to Haystack Island and back By the end of June the water temperature of the lake is typically between 20 and 25 degrees C. (70 to 80 degrees F.). |
